alliumphobia
Alliumphobia is the fear of garlic. Who would have thought someone could have alliumphobia and be afraid of garlic? Some common symptoms of this phobia include all the normal symptoms you would have if you had a fear of something.
These are nausea, feeling sick, fear of dying, sweating, breathlessness, dizziness. There are more but I’m sure you get the picture.
Alliumphobia does not have any actual danger and really anything to fear. It is just those feelings that you get when you are afraid of something that can cause your body to do strange things. There are many people that suffer from alliumphobia so if you thought you were alone your not. I personally don’t know anyone that suffers from this but I know there are people that do.
How do you get over alliumphobia? Well there are things you can do such as go to a doctor or therapist. Some of them claim they have a cure and who knows it might actually work on some people. In my opinion alliumphobia is just like any other fear of something; or someone of that nature that could possibly help you out in some way. If I find someone claiming to have a cure I will surely update you with the news.
